Starbucks is always good, so no extra review on that. This particular location is a very popular one, and staff does their best to get through the endless line for the drive through. My only suggestion would be to order your drink in advance to avoid having to wait a little longer due to its popularity!

I just left from ordering a syrup cream frappe, Michael helped me and was very nice with everything and very understanding and helpful. He did great, from the jump I was very pleased and impressed with his service skills.
However, I had ordered mint flavoring in my drink and didn't get it. Other than that great experience.

So good I got a banana Nut bread with a tall Carmel frappe you should really try them it is so good

I went to this location early afternoon. My mocha tasted great and was the perfect temperature. The cherry on top was the friendly face at the drive thru window. She was so pleasant and friendly. I don't live in the neighborhood but was glad I stopped by. The service was excellent.

This is the second time I went and saw them completely overwhelmed. They just can’t keep up. Yesterday when I went in you could cut the tension with a knife. No one working was even talking. Today they apparently locked their doors to keep everyone from coming in. I’ve seen a lot of busy Starbucks, I’ve never seen one so dysfunctional.

Very unorganized. Don't know if it was a new team or what but after 15 minutes of waiting amongst others that were there waiting when i walked in but i had to remind them about my order. I guess no complaints about any one of the two drinks i got, just the wait time and noticeable lack of communication within the Starbucks crew. Hopefully, my next visit will be better.

Sunday noon, I placed a mobile order and came in to the store and it has been 8 minutes and there was no “Hi welcome to Starbucks” no one has asked me about if I’m waiting on a mobile order or addressed me. Starbucks was know to make people welcomed
