The food here was AWESOME! There was a long wait for the food but when it came out it was definitely worth the long wait. I will be coming here everytime I'm in the area. The wine and beer selection is excellent! I can't say enough about the place. The bartender was great and made an excellent blood orange Cosmo! Try the rose ice pop!

Location. Location. Koi Pond. Brix and Taproot, you can't mention one without the other. The ambiance and overall location is excellent. You don't need to decide between beer and wine, excellent. The beer was okay but, I generally feel Taproot needs a little more experience to mature the beer profiles. I didn't have any wine but, my wife enjoyed it. The food and food service was good with some nice daily specials. Both locations are worth visiting, especially as the outside seating options become viable.

I took my daughter there for her Birthday. We sat at a high top near the windows that looked over the distillery and out to the vineyards. It was a beautiful view and the Spooky Brunch was fantastic! Creative menu, delicious drinks (can't go wrong with a flight of mimosas!) and a wonderful waitress!!! I left something very valuable on the table when we left and she came and found us in the gift shop!!! So grateful for her honesty! HIGHLY recommend for a special occasion or just a nice time out to share with friends or family.

Incredible. Wife and I just had a night to ourselves, and went out to Brix. Cheese plate was UNREAL. Small plates and large plates offer enough options to come back multiple times and enjoy. Wine was great, even had a few of the desserts which were so good. The flavors of all the foods pop, so everything is great, but you have so many choices. Looking at a prior review of service being slow; I guess it depends what your attitude about a night out is. The service did not feel like they were rushing us out, we had enough time to enjoy our wine and food, and it was a a perfectly fine pace.

The food was okay. The wine & beer was amazing. We went on their burger night and I got their bolo burger. It wasn't very good, by my bed got the chefs special which was a pulled pork burger which he loved. We got the milk and cookie bar for dessert, it was alright. But the main draw and what we loved best was the wine and beer. Never had better wine. Beer is always varies and delicious.

Fantastic food. Everything is sourced from local farms and the freshness is notable because flavors are at there best!! The atmosphere was very nice. We did not sit at the bar but had a nice open set up. Nice" Real" fireplace type lounge. The service was FANTASTIC. Our server was so down to earth and adorable. Personality A++. Frequent check ins. And unbeknownst to me a wing woman for my Date. ( First) We occupied a table for 4 hours ( date went well and have a second!!) and were 2nd to last table to leave; and never once were we rushed.. I'll be back for sure
