I went there and was first customer in drive thru at 5;30 in morning ans ordered and bagel with cream cheese ans it was burnt ans horrible I throw it away the man that made it was very rude when he was done he throw it on counter to woman at window very unhappy with service I will drive to a further location b5 goin back to that one

tried a bunch of times- today burnt sandwich. soo you only burn part of it?…that’s lightly toasted?? last time ordered toasted bagel w/ cream cheese.
they gave me an untoasted bagel thrown in bag & no cream cheese. time before, hair in my coffee. i’m done, my family is done. this isn’t rocket science ppl. the food is precooked. you should be great full ppl go since gas prices are insane & most ppl don’t have $$ to throw around. is it zero work ethic or cheap AF?

Ordered online to avoid the drive thru line. Ordered a coffee roll and two chocolate frosted donuts. Got down the road, looked for my coffee roll and they replaced it with a third chocolate frosted donut….. if it was unavailable you could’ve told me that or removed the charge of the coffee roll.

So I waited about 5 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me in the line and still no one took my order. I ended up just leaving and going to another Dunkin

Help was in the lobby playing with bare feet. Had to wait for drive through attendant. Never again!

Love this Dunkin donuts. Staff are very friendly and they always make sure my order is correct. The new iced pumpkin spice coffee was so good! Love the pumpkin spice lattes too!

I'm loyal to Dunkin, but I only got to the ones with good service. This location always does a good job filling orders with friendly service.
