The Mod Cod

Excellent fish and chips. Fish was in thin batter and the chips crunchy outside and fluffy inside. All nice and hot. Under new ownership and you can tell the difference. I will be back. I've been back. No change, fish excellent and cooked fresh while you wait. Chips perfect. Its a real pleasure to come here. Mod cod, and its team need to be really proud of what they produce. Best bar none around Middleton. My favourite chip shop. Went today and thought I'd try something different. Bap covered in freshly cooked chips with fish and English curry sauce. Awesome is the only word to describe the meal I had. I've never been disappointed about what Wright's mod cod delivers. Top notch and all freshly cooked as you wait. Guess what. I'll be back. Each time I visit Wright's mod cod, I am not disappointed with the food. Quality and portion sizes always the best around. Not been for sometime. That however, does not mean the quality has changed. The Mod Cod is the best chippy in middleton and quite possibly beyond. I don't go anywhere else for my chip muffins, fish and chips, and all other things on the menu.
