Went in for a beef chow mein for the first time in over a decade and was a tad apprehensive about it after reading recent reviews..... Was greeted by a lovely lady who took my order,I could hear it being cooked fresh out the back and it tasted exactly like the last time I went in there so I'm going again tonight😁

The best in the area, being going there for years..however very disappointed since owner change, gave it a few goes but sadly failed to keep the same standard of food .

Still decent, I don't really eat much on the menu so can't really comment on it overall, I just get the curry's and I like them

We’ve used this place for years. Never had a bad meal from them - it’s always delicious. Excellent service too.

A truly excellent take-away, Currys, Chop-suey, Chow mein and even their Singapore Noodles are superb! and their service and demeanor is 1st-rate I really couldn't rate Ling Yan higher.

Possibly the best Chinese in Middlesbrough. Staff are friendly, never a long wait and always 5 star food. Cannot recommend enough
