Discovered this pub by accident as was looking for a greene king, so glad we found it as all 3 meals were top class and value for money, 5☆ just for the chef alone. When next in the Middlesbrough area will definatly call in again for meals. Well done to all the staff keep up the good work, it does make a difference.

Cracking Sunday lunch and parmo. Good size portions and great value.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, easy to have a conversation with my friend. We both had Parmo with was excellent. Big portions (though the chips were a little lacking in terms of amount and heat but not a meal ruiner).
Staff were friendly and served quickly. We were surprised at how low the bill was at the end of the night.
Will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.
