It wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews say. It is exactly what I expected with Dunkin. The service was pretty good, and the food was also pretty good. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my order, and it actually didn’t taste like it had freezer burn unlike other locations I’ve been to in the past.

This is the closets coffee shop near work and I enjoy the accessibility. However, the service is always horrible. Whether I go in person or place an order through Uber Eats, the location always manages to get something wrong or simply take an absurd amount of time. I understand restaurants are short staffed at the moment, but they could at least get my order right!

Employee seemed high and worked very slowly. She seemed confused when taking an order and we had to repeat it.

I eat here at least twice a week and normally they are a 3 out of 5. It seems like all Dunkin locations always manages to sink to new lows. Today was the 1st time I had an attendant stop in the middle of preparing my order to prepare someone else's. When I asked what motivated her to do so I was met with silence. Not the weirdest experience but close.

The breakfast was very good.
I Think that the attention is too slow. More than 20 minutes to take the order with only 4 persons in front of me.

The staff is nice, excellent service but they do not respect the scheduled time. I have found this place closed several times even they are supposed to be open which makes me think twice before going.

Tasty food but it seems the staff is new so load up on patience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful but still learning the ropes.
