Great customer service... BUT SUPER SLOW. Please do not come here if you don't have 15 minutes to sit (at minimum) in the drive thru.

It's Dunkin, you know what you're gonna get. Doughnuts and coffee are solid, friendly staff. Sometimes a little understaffed during rushes, and it's a little extra spartan inside... But I'm still getting my chocolate glazed and iced cappuccino 👍

Well I love that new Dunkin' donuts Yes the lines are always super long starting at 6:00 a.m. but the service gotten so much better There is barista there brunella she is the sweetest thing ever, the manager gigi? very friendly They are very clean super busy all day long very patient staff members, people are rude and mean but they manage to make it through the day

Staff is on the job here. I have been coming here since I moved to this area 4 months ago. I come here everyday day sometimes 2 twice a day, they always have my order ready to go everything. Staff (Alexis,Melanie,Dolores,Matthew,Queen,Gigi) Always Professional,clean, great attitude exceptional experience.

I agree that there was NO service once they opened. Like many other customers I just walked out after my first visit. However, honestly, this was kind of expected. Whoever opened this location obviously was new to this business.
I gave them another try few weeks later, and I can tell things got improved a lot. I was able to get my coffee and bagels in no time, and that’s all that mattered to me. Since then I stopped by couple of times, and so far so good..
Keep on earning your customers! ;) it’s not easy!
