Wingstop

Went to this location to place a to go order. The two ladies in the front are extremely rude. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place should either close or hire all new staff. I didn’t have high expectations walking in there other than just some decency. Couldn’t even get that. I was asking questions about the menu and the young lady up front hardly even wanted to answer me and gave me a really bad attitude. I got sick of the attitude, she started cussing at me. Eventually after the yelling back and forth with this girl I tell her I simply want a refund. They don’t deserve my business anymore. She goes to get the manager.. I wait about 10 minutes for him to come out.. when he does he doesn’t say a word to me. Doesn’t ask if everything was okay, if he could help me with anything. Simply takes my card processes it and gives it back. I didn’t waste my time explaining to him how poor I was treated because nothing would have been done considering he’s the exact same way. If this place can have as many bad reviews about the girls attitude as it does and they still work there, then there was no point in wasting my breath. Did want to leave a note here for other people considering stopping by though. Also the lady next to me had an issue with her cashier being rude to her, on top of that the girls in the front were arguing with each other. Very unprofessional place. Don’t think these type of people should be trusted making your food.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’d feel bad if I didn’t. As soon as I walked into the store I was received with a smile from Tramaine. His costumer service is excellent and should be recognized. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. His attitude will get him far in life. He was very helpful and made me walk out with a smile. Thank you Tramaine.

The customer service sucks! the 79st store was closed so, I called the 62st store and was placed on hold! I stayed on hold until we arrived at the location. I walked in only to find the cashier on the phone/ other line having a full conversation with friend having a personal conversation. I ask her did you forget you have me on hold? She rolled her eyes got off the phone and yelled for Junior. The manger Who was busy mopping. Then she responded with what you having. I had to let my husband go first so, I could explain to Junior what had happened. He apologized and started my order right away. My chicken was half raw and the soda machine was out of almost everything. The lemonade was light yellow water. Fresh fries on top old burned fries on the Bottom. These black businesses are becoming harder and harder to support! She even clocked out then, went back in did not wash her hands to prepare her rides/friends food ! And grab her a cool drink. Oh as she was walking out she yelled at the manger answer the phone manger and laughed! Look I don’t want anything free. But respect is due to a Dog! I will never ever again patronize 62nd St. WingStop ever again so help me GOD!!!!!!

Wow! This place is so ratchet it’s crazy. The customer service is nonexistent really! Placed an online order, waited the time it said. Showed up & they didn’t have it! Had to wait additionally for the food & the employees just didn’t care. Plus there was a lady with a tank top & slippers on making the food! I’m shocked! I just wouldn’t recommend it.
