The customer service at this location on 62nd Street and 12th avenue is EXCELLENT 👍. THE LADIES THAT SERVE ME ARE ALWAYS NICE AND ALWAYS GIVING A COMPLIMENT. GREAT SERVICE AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE QUICK.☺️☺️👍👍👍🙏

Always prompt when I arrive.
Food and drinks prepared perfectly.
Service at window is always kind and attentive.
I even forgot my wallet one day and because I frequent there, the manager allowed me to come pay later in the day.
Also young lady always tells me to have a blessed day. Love this Dunkin!

These employees are wonderful they are working since 5am and there is only 2 of them doing all the shores there are no other staff… they went the extra mile and helped me get donuts for my son birthday at their closing time. Feeling extremely grateful that there are people like them out there keeping the business going.!!!! 03/31/22 this 2 employees deserve a token of appreciation

I went inside and a new female traine took my order. She was very sweet and took care of my order fairly quickly. I ordered my coffee but there is no way u can go there without picking up a donut. So I was less naughty and just ate half my 🍩 😋😉

A couple months ago my boyfriend and I had a not so good experience ordering drive thru in this location. They gave him a defective cup and broke in the car while the guy was giving us the drinks, they didn’t offered to give us another drink and said they didn’t have napkins..
Today I walked in and the girl in the register was nice, the cook was very professional and the croissant I ordered was so good I had another one!
I’m giving it 4 stars because the manager was really rude to their employees. If a manager treats people like that is not much of a role model.
I also want to add that the establishment looks clean on point. The volume of the music is enjoyable and the temperature is fresh.

Brand new. Opened up a few weeks ago. Drive thru a bit complicated. Coffee was great. Service was fast and cashier was friendly
