Food is always good. Just the smash frys was not smashing they were cold and not seasoned all the way. Burger was cooked good

There was a young lady who was working on a Friday around 2 in the afternoon on November 3rd 2023 we wished we would have gotten her name but she was so friendly and the service was wonderful. She greeted us nicely and took our order and was nice throughout the place. The food came out hot and delicious she was so nice and was a great employee.

Went for lunch. Never been there before. I was pleasantly surprised. Great food, nice and helpful staff and management. I was especially pleased they offer dairy free milk shakes. That's great news for my wife.

I haven’t been to Smashburger is a while so I thought I would give it a try.
I got the double bacon smash with a large smashfry and a drink.
I was worried that I just made a mistake when I saw my meal was $20, but I was pleasantly surprised!
I have to say that this is probably my favorite fast food burger. And the fries were very well seasoned and crispy, not too oily either.
I will definitely be coming here again

Ordered for pickup ahead of time. Food was hot and ready when promised. The burgers were juicy and tasty. The fries were hot and crisp. I will order again from here.

The food was amazing, and it was served hot and Juicy. Our server was more like a waitress. She visited our table 2 or 3 times to check on the quality and if we needed anything, I think her name was Joana. This was my first time, and I will definitely be coming back again! I will be recommending Smash Burger to all my friends. I wish they would build a Smash Burger near home. Now, all the good stuff said I do have some critique. It's expensive, and I know we get what we pay for, but I think they would get more business if they lowered the prices a bit.

So when I first walked in here I was a little disappointed by the higher prices and lack of combos. But I figured what the heck, maybe it'll be worth the money. My dad was paying so can't go wrong.
This burger smashed my expectations. I have never eaten a burger this good. I've tried five guys, in and out, whataburger, white castle. This is singlehandedly the best freaking burger ever. Nobody except maybe in and out comes close.
The smash fries are like seasoned garlic fries with just a hint of lemon juice. They're so freaking good and easily up there as one of my favorite fries.
The extra price you pay for the quality is easily worth it. Try a burger, you will not be disappointed.

We ordered through Uber eats. My burger tasted amazing( no picture) it didn't look great though. Would definitely try again.

Okay maybe I'm a nut for starting out most of my reviews by saying what can I say about this place. But okay what can I say about this place I honestly this location of the. Smashburger. Is easily 10-15 minutes out of my way from my home. The closest location has terrible service anymore and never gets the orders right. The next nearest location was not convenient. This location has terrifically friendly service especially the only that took my order. And they always do very good job of making the food. The only somewhat sarcastic note on my suggestions that they need to get new flooring. It's always very slippery.

My husband got the Avocado Bacon Club with grilled chicken, it used to come with avocado slices and now it’s an avocado sauce. He preferred it better with the slices. Our fries were fresh along with my classic burger!! Service was good and we didn’t have too wait long for our food!!
