Absolutely delicious. I have been wanting to get out to Merrimack and try this bakery for years now! Finally! I own a small gardening business and booked two consultations out in Merrimack, so I decided to stop by and grab something while on my lunch break. It was all soooo good. It feels so freeing (and also a bit foreign) to be able to go somewhere and grab a bite without having to ask a billion questions or potentially take any risks. I got the vegan coffee cake, fudge torte, vegan chocolate chip, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. I will definitely be back to try some more goodies, perhaps a bagel when I come back to do some work in Merrimack real soon. Highly recommend!I wanted to order one of everything.🥰

Sad I have to give 1 star to this place, I was expecting the quality to be much higher. We just bought some cupcakes from here and brownies. Sadly, such waste of money. I’m pretty positive they sold us leftovers from either yesterday or from few days ago. Cup cakes were dry, hard and had absolutely no moisture. Brownies had a bad taste to them. The cookie was the only decent item, AFTER warming, before sticking it in the microwave it was hard as a rock. I mean if you can hold the icing in your hands, you know it’s dry and old.

I absolutely hate this place! I have a couple of medical conditions that affect my eating habits. I have Celiac and I also have a debilitating lack of will power. So far everything I've tried here has been insanely delicious (not just delicious for GF, but legitimately delicious) and I know they're gonna give me diabeeeeetus in about six months. #donottryit #addict #notevenonce

I purchased a dozen cupcakes for a baccalaureate celebration for kids with food allergies. After spending $60 on cupcakes, they took the individually packaged cupcakes and threw them in a small bag. Mostly upside down and sideways. The swirled icing was now smeared all over the inside of the plastic container. They were a mess. I called the shop and never heard back from anyone. Too expensive to end up with such a mess for an important celebration.

FANTASTIC!!!! Better than any other GF bakery by far. Most GF bakeries seem to specialize in two goals 1) making it GF and 2) making sure it tastes as weird as possible! Not so at Bite Me! Here it everything just tastes GREAT!! And NORMAL. You could easily bring these desserts to a party of wheat-gobbling whiners and no one would ever know they were GF. And thats prob the highest compliment you can give a GF bakery. We do not live nearby, we just have family in the area. But now we know where to go every time — and I mean EVERY TIME — we are in town!!!
