Was very disappointed. I always stop at a Tom's when I come back home. Long wait, my Tominator was not even hot cheese not melted was soooo disappointed. Fries barely warm. My granddaughter said her cookie was good. It will be a very Long time before I come back.

Best burgers around for a great price. Excellent fish fry on Friday’s too! It’s a casual dining room and a fast food atmosphere but this food tastes much better quality and other places. Betsy is the manager and she keeps this place very nice. She has a young crew working there and the customer service is exceptional. Accurate food and delicious.
The ice cream is super good. One of my favorite places to get a peanut butter fudge shake.

Complete disorganization and chaos. Must be no leadership presence on the weekend at all. Waited in drive thru line over a half hour before we got our food and at the end of it my credit card got stuck in their food delivery elevator thing and the kid who gave me my food acted like it was my problem until I said I wasn't leaving until I got my card back.
Whoever is managing this joint on the weekends needs to be fired.

I love Tom's because it is local and I want them stay in buessiness, however there needs to be improvements many things were wrong on our order. I hope they figure it out.

Very disappointed! Burnt onion rings and chicken Didn’t apologize , just shrugged her shoulders. We would like the old manager back, Betsy. She cared about the service!

I really do love coming here. Its nice to have a fast food chain that is as unique as Toms is. If it wasn't for the employees being young kids and cocky at times i would rated it a 5. Has great options of food. I personally love the buffalo chicken wrap with a side salad. Great selections and great food.

I've been eating here occasionally since I was a kid! ( not the same location) They have great ice cream and shakes my kids love all the flavors. Sadly they were out of cheese curds :(
