Tim Hortons

Not a good experience today. Was excited to see this Location was less busy so I pulled in with good expectations instead this is what I got. The older gentlemen who took my order wasn’t well educated about food safety because he was the one who took my money and handed me my food and out the lid on my coffee which to me was bothering me a lot especially with Covid going around he had gloves which he made a statement”how does everyone else do it then?” I replied well you take the money and the lady who’s handing you the food should be handing it to me. I have had similar jobs beforehand being a manager at one of these kinds of place for two years. I asked to have a new coffee they just honestly acted like I was the crazy one I just wanted to say they need to be safe nowadays can’t mix touching of money then food/drink etc… all I would like is for next time to be handled better. I told them I am not trying to come off mean or anything it’s just not safe!

They dgaf about you. My croissant is always burned and they actually serve it that way. Yesterday my croissant was so burned it looked like Freddy Krueger so I was like OK I'm fed up, going inside! They told me the croissant gets burned in the toaster. Ok?! How tf is that my problem?! Do your job. I told them don't toast it then! They didn't and it still came to me burned. SMH

Was told one moment when I pulled up to the mic , then the person at the window kept looking at me smiling and peeking her head down the drive up window lane. So I pulled up to the window and asked if I could place my order and I was told no because only minors are working and she doesn't have a mic on so she was not taking order. Both girls ran to the back of the store to hide . This is unbelievable how rude!!!

Today was NOT A GOOD DAY WITH TIM HORTONS! HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE NO FOOD READY???? AND ITS ALREADY ABOUT TO BE 1PM YU GUYS DONT HAVE NO STEAK FOR THE PANNIS... YOU GUYS DONT HAVE BAGLES.... NOR DO YOU GUYS HAVE SAUAGE EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANTS.... SMDH.... WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING OPEN IF YOU R NOT GOING TO HAVE FOOD THAT PEOPLE WANT...

Everytime I come to this place the people working there they are always having a bad attitude they take the orders wrong and then you ask them to give you what you order and they tell you to go back in line again and they roll the eyes on you and yell especially the guy with the beard and they say I cannot place an order on the window of something that they forgot to give me and they are always mean they act like they don't like to work there and they don't treat the customers right and everytime I come they treat me the same way I love TimHortons but this is the last time I'm coming to this place is Melvindale Oackwood Tim Hortons.
