When the right people are on it's alright. But when the wrong people are on, like today, you can save a lot of time and money going elsewhere. I feel like subway isn't really worth it as a sandwich place but with the lack of options for submarine sandwiches here in Melbourne they have their place.

Rue is an absolute rockstar, they had nearly closed for the night but she was willing to make 2 sandwiches for a couple of lost souls (us) had great service and personality, and I loved her green and gold eye shadow!! Thanks Rue you legend!!!!!!

We ordered a meatball sub and teriyaki sub. The meatballs were cold. Who has a cold meatball sub. The teriyaki was dried out slop. Would not recommend.

The girl with the glasses I think her name is mel acts like the ingredients is coming out of her pay heck. The sandwich is literally all bread and lacking toppings and she turning around bossing staff around over using small wrapping paper to wrap the big sandwhiches

Just ordered two BLT’s delivered with Uber eats. Opened them up at home and all that was on them was two tiny bits of bacon ??? Nothing else ??

Low quality, skimping on meat fillings, the sandwich feels empty. Subway australia needs to get their standards back up and monitor the quality across their franchise. Skimping on fillings is unacceptable, They also hope you don’t notice the special offer, they don’t honour it themselves unless you insist despite being advertised. Also 14 dollars for a foot long is just beyond a joke should not be this expensive

The girl that took my order on 7th dec/10am was visibly upset about leaving her phone to do her job. During my whole order she didn't say a word till I had to pay. She just stood in front of each section with a sour expression on her face like a toddler. Was quite the unusual experience. The franchise owner should consider changing staff before your customers get driven away to the many other subways in the area. There are plenty of hardworking people looking for a job, perhaps consider someone who isn't as ungrateful.

At Southbank store, charged 40% more i.e $6.95 for the same 6 inch vegetable roll as I buy at Box Hill Central for $5. When queried, male manager said offhand, 'That's the way it is'. Last visit for me.
