Subway

Very rude gentleman working the front. He refused my husband's order because he was parked in the fire lane which is understandable but instead of asking nicely he was rude and short. As my husband goes to move his truck he makes a smart comment and then says I'm not serving you any ways. Seems as if he had a problem with the way my husband ordered instead of waiting for them to build the sandwhich he rattled off the list I gave him of what I wanted. He never eats at subway so instead of becoming rude you should of spoke kindly to him and showed him the correct way to order. Needless to say I ha e not at in 24 hours I'm sick and all I wanted was a sub.

If you go into the store they are great. But my husband and I ordered online and did a pick up. We get home and they totally messed up both subs. They got the meats right that's about it. Toppings wrong did not give sauce requested, did not add cheese, did not toast it. If I wasn't quarantined myself I'd be up there to fix it. But the fact that they were simple subs and they were messed up. It'd aggravating. Don't waste your time ordering here online. Just go in

The 3 stars is a bit misleading. I would give the service a 5, the food a 4, but the overall experience a 2. Was on the highway heading to Greensboro last night and stopped in here for food. There was only one person working and he was overwhelmed to say the least. His attitude was great though. There were 3 people in line when I got there but the line quickly was all the way to the door. A busy Saturday night is not the time to only have one person working. Management at this unit needs to cover their store better.

I ordered through door dash. Never again will I come to this subway the food was not right so I called 6 times in a row no answer i had 20 minutes till this store closed so I had no choice but to drive to the store. I walk in...NO MANAGER on duty.....i called the phone number while waiting in line to see if i had the correct number... YEP...the phone rang and rang as I was standing there...mind you 2 employees were on shift one was in the back and one was serving on the line. Still no one answered the ringing phone to the store. Once again my bacon was missed so the employee then took some bacon and microwaved it then put it on my sandwhich...ugh. i got home took a bite of my sweet chicken teriyaki sub and it was ICE COLD like they put the timer on the oven but forgot to turn the nob to heat the oven. Cheese not melted and I have to settle for microwave bacon. The employees of this subway should be ashamed of the horrible sandwiches they are making. I hope this is seen!
