Awesome for a fast food place. My daughter and I went into the dining room after ordering. We almost never do that in fast food places any more. Staff surprisingly friendly (all speaking English well). Bathrooms clean - like in a home.

Visit this place last Saturday 6/18. My order was missing a cobb salad. It was a drive through so I didn’t pay attention until we are almost at our destination. Called and ask for refund but manager said it corporate policy to not giving out partial refund. I am pretty sure it is corporate policy to give customers all the food they order.
Be ware to check what you order.

My family came for the first time today around 2pm. Most employees were standing around chatting except Cody who was diligently cleaning the dining area. We needed a spoon and he was able to get one for us. He also refilled sodas when every other employee was chatting.

Not a good experience today. Person rushed to my car to get my order. Told him I needed a menu. He raced to get one but brought a breakfast menu instead. He never found one before we got to the normal ordering kiosk. I specifically asked for ketchup, straws, sauces and napkins. Window person said all was in bag. Drove away then found none were in the bag. Then found out no ice in the drinks. Bottom line, there is too much rush and inadequate training of staff. Recommending but check your order before driving away.

Excellent, the best of the best. Great people! Yes they're super busy cause they're that popular. They try their hardest. Might not answer the phone cause they're so busy. Check your order before you drive away and come on in if it's wrong.

One of the rudest racist places to visit. I return a breakfast sandwich that was wrong. They have me a grill breakfast chicken sandwich instead of the crispy sandwich. One guy there is dumb as bricks, I handed him the grill sandwich and he gave me a biscuit with only egg and cheese as though I was lying. Then he said I only have two French vanilla creamers left, when I went back to return the sandwich I asked from half and half and he handed me french vanilla. Then a white old man ask the customer do he want a black coffee and looked at me. What a disgraceful place.

Always awesome. Helpers have been placed outside (bless their hearts in the heat!) to expedite orders, never a long wait although the line seems long.

Placed order online ... Went to wrong location .
Saw on email order it was at this location after also Eldorado location said they did not have order. Called to make sure and at first told they did not have order. After giving the associated the order number he said it was already picked up ? I asked to speak with management. Josh came on phone and precede to tell me because it been over an hour and already picked up he could not replace my order! I then asked him so anyone can just walk up and take an order ???
You dont check ? He said yes ... No confirmation of order payment ? So you are saying you took my money and will not render my food order ? He said Yes ... Will not replace order .
Okay lets see what cooperate has to say about this ...
Apparently if you want food you can just walk up and take paid food at this place !!!! This is stealing . Hubby was told same thing after driving 30min from one store to the other one !!! Unbelievable with the service we got from this place ...
