The overall experience was uncomfortable. My and my HISPANIC family wanted to give this place a try. The food is delicious, no doubt about it. I would highly recommend. BUT the waitress and a lady at the front kept looking at us, we just ignored it and ordered the food. We started to notice that the waitress treated the other tables with more amiability than us and the tune of her voice changed when she was at our table. We assumed that the lady and the waitress were RACIST. And just because of that we lost the appetite and felt disgusted by the situation. Right when we left we did gave her a $24 tip, she just took the money in front of us and left, not even a thank you. The other day we came by and had no more problems. But because of that situation because it was our first time visiting I'll rate it a 2. Should be more careful and respectful with each customer regardless of their ethnicity.

Food is good, better than either of the only two other places in town I know of to get sushi. I have never sat down always had takeout.l, it's always been well wrapped, hot/cold as required and tasty. Prices are decent. Not the best spot in town, but I blame McHenry for that. They would chase a 5 star Michelin rated restaurant out for a Starbucks.

My absolute favorite sushi restaurant ever. I’ve lived in many places and this will remain my favorite sushi place. We’ve been going here since they opened (2012 if not earlier) and the staff had always been incredibly friendly. The food is always top notch, I’m never disappointed! They are very excited about their sake list so please try some of you like sake.

Thai tea is great here, if you love tea I would get this. The sushi I got off other plates was great as well and very filling. Crab rangoon was freshly made and still hot. The teriyaki chicken and vegetables had a strange aftertaste, like freezer food that's been cooked. Sushi, drinks and appetizers are good, but I don't enjoy the entrees here.
