Food was ok. Not a clean table in the place at 1pm on a Thursday. Looked like several employees, not sure why no one had time to clean, restock napkins, ketchup, etc and pick up trays (there were 30 stacked above one trash can and about 10 on the other). Lady who took our order was very nice and helpful.

I remember when they first opened great food and service. Now the staff in drive thru very unprofessional.. yeah or naw response...Or outside chilling getting in and out of cars while you waiting for food. It's always a female with an attitude at the window. It's almost like they just throw your food in a bag shake it up and hand it to you. I give 3 stars because not all the staff like that but management needs to put better customer oriented people at the window.

Talk about people that just don't care about thier job. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, got home and only had 2. Hire people that can count on one hand. Ok, my wife and daughter went to eat, I didn't get a sandwich because they shorted us as above. My wife's sandwich had 2 bottom buns, my daughters had to top buns. These are some of the dumbest workers I have ever seen. If this is what fast food is coming to you really need to hire people who are not so stupid.

12/17/2020 - ordered lunch 10:47a, at 11:24a still haven’t eaten.. excuse - “we are cleaning the fry machine” got a refund and went to little ceasers down the road. now they got fast service. thank God for Little Ceasers please shut this place down. everytime i go it’s something else.. wrong food .. always waiting. waited 15 minutes for these “boneless honey bbq wings today. i asked the lady what it was , she says that’s your food sweetie.... it dang sure don’t look like the pictures on the order board. false advertising and garbage. please shut it down and lock the doors
