This place is amazing! Never seen so much synergy in a team! As for the management, I give 100% kudos to the Manager! Her name is Iveth and I just can't help by seeing a high top maintenance restaurant. Whenever there is a spill or an accident either the manager or the team responds swiftly to the incident to prevent any other accidents. Great work. Keep up the great work!

Avoid this Wingstop at all cost me. Missing items from order. Tenders were overcooked. Went back to location and the manager admitted that all the tenders were freezer burnt. Why would they even serve it to customers if they know it’s no good!!! Manager said he would refund cost of the tenders combo… no refund received.
Customer service is the freaking worse and the food reflects it.

Go to another Wingstop. I was surprised to learn that my experience here was not a unique event. Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after projected time of order. I waited over 20 minutes and then approached the counter and asked them to again check for my order. It had been sitting there the whole time. When I advised them the order was surely cold and unacceptable, they agreed and did nothing more. I had to reheat the wings and fries. Will not spend another dime at this particular Wingstop.

My order was ready and waited almost 30 minutes to give us our order. Guy in the front was too busy flirting with a girl to do his job. Giving her compliments and being a creep. Just give us our food dude.The order was just sitting there and getting cold. This place is awful honestly. I hardly ever complain but this place is terrible.

I put in a order on DoorDash was estimated 47-57 mins of arrival and they canceled my order 40 mins after I made it, I tried calling the store and couldnt even get a answer this location is horrible I understand if your busy but you got to let your customers know, and just to top it off I wont be getting my money back for 3-5 business days mind you it wasnt a little order I spent $82 dollars on my order for my family. called into another location and was able to place my order smoothly! I love wingsstop but DO NOT recommend this location

Drove all the way over here just cause I wanted strawberry lemonade and they had no lemonade at all. 😩 I lit want to cry 😢 I hope I don’t misscarry again. I lit just got up my bed late just for this cause my craving was super strong and I don’t get what I was craving. 😢

Ordered the $15 boneless wing special and got food poisoning. I’ve eaten countless of other places/fast food in the RGV and nothing has ever given me food poisoning. So sad.

This is my place to go after a long day. 1 cold 🍻 beer is perfect while waiting for the order.
Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper are my favorite, Bone In. ❤️
