Usually we get decent food; however tonight was very disappointing. Our food was burnt and cold. It was not busy when we were there so there’s not really a good excuse for this type of service. Very disappointing!

Prices are just a bit higher than other fast food places like this but the quality of food is so much better! More than makes up for the difference in price. My only complaint about this location is the intercom system needs replaced, it can be a bit difficult to understand one another through the current intercom. Otherwise, 5 stars for them!

Depends on the day of the week and time of the month... Children running it, are in need of some Major schooling in etiquette and manners, let alone intelligence. This place happened to finally get the tea right this visit, not the norm here...

Slow as all get out ordered a number 10 and literally sat at the pickup window for 40 minutes and every time someone would walk by it was like they were avoiding me. Needs new management.

Slowest hardees in the entire world cost me 20$ in fuel idling waiting on my food. When you do finally get it half the time it’s cold. Unacceptable for a fast food place.
