Great service, great food, awesome sweet tea, friendly staff! They brought our food to our table and checked on us mid meal. The cook came out asked how our meal was, took our dirty plates and even came outside and said hi to our pups 🐶 in the Jeep and told us thank you for coming in! Was the best fast food experience I have ever had! Thanks Captain D’s of Mayfield y’all deserve more than 5 stars!

Overall have been good service and friendly staff. However please have anyone that is handling food wear a hair net! Today's lunch from the drive thru had several long knotted strands of hair in my shrimp. To the garbage the dish went. And for the record it's not my hair as I am bald. So please have your staff wear proper gear when handling food as it is disgusting to find hair in your food. Thanks.

Very poor, unprofessional service. The worker that took our order and brought our food to our table obviously had some sort of animosity with my friend from the way she conducted herself so poorly. She created a whole stink from the time we walked in the door up until the moment we left. She even threw our food down on the table. 0 out of 10, don’t recommend 👎😒

Sorry, it's a long one, read on to find out why: We stopped here on our way home from Paducah on 12/20/21, just 10 days after the devastating tornado that ripped through Mayfield. I'm certain that many of the people working here had been affected by this or had family members affected, but they greeted us with a smile. Our cashier, Nicole, is such a sweet girl, she helped my husband place his order because he wanted shrimp, but didn't really know which plate to get. (She also sold him extra shrimp, lol). The food was great, it was hot and fast, and plenty of it,. We had a gentleman come thru the dining room thanking us all for coming in, it was busy. All in all, we were impressed! Please know we're praying for y'all and Mayfield will pull through just because of the character of its people! ❤
