An excellent experience. The service was fast and accurate. The Italian and engineer were delicious. Full of meat and fresh bread. We like Firehouse subs but they are not all equal. We will visit this one again. Good job.

It's not very often in today's world when you have a great experience like me and my family did today at firehouse subs in Mauldin.
Not only was the food fantastic but the service far surpassed the food. This location has a employee by the name of Basia. She did a wonderful job!!! My wife and I brought our 7 year old granddaughter and Basia had the utmost patience with her and made sure she got exactly what it was she wanted. We need more Basia's!!

Good quick lunch. They didn't mess my order up and no lines to wait in. That is what I look for at lunch. When you only have an hour to burn and 50 things to do. Thanks Firehouse, for getting me in and out, and with no hassles.

The food here is the best firehouse I've eaten at. The problem is for about the past year I go in maybe 1 time every week or 2 i get a pickle. I specifically say noooooooo pickle and it says no pickle on the receipt. It used to not be a huge deal because they were wrapped in plastic. They don't wrap them anymore so I get disgusting pickle juice seeping onto my perfect sub. Please for the love of GAWD stop putting pickles when it clearly says no pickle.!!!!!!

I have ordered in store and delivery for work catering. The food is always delicious and as advertised. The service is timely and the management there is very good at meeting customer requests for large orders.
