Dunkin'

This location has gradually become worse over time. There are days I pull through the drive thru and I get someone with a happy cheerful voice and other times I am greeted with a tone of*i could care less to be here today. Sometimes my order is quick but often times wrong and others it takes forever and can be right. I think it all depends on if the A shift is working or the B/C shift is. Please get your stuff together.

My favorite DD in the CSRA!! Tell me how these girls get me through this line literally wrapped around the building with a deliciously made CORRECT order every single time in like 5 mins?! I'm here 4-5 mornings a week (don't judge me lol) and I always get amazing coffee, consistent service with friendly staff and it is FAST. To the manager- give your staff a well deserved raise and/or reward!

Apparently they close early¿ I got out of bed to get a late night coffee (heck that’s what they advertise right??), and when I made it there before they closed (at 8:58) they told me “oh yeah we already dumped the coffee and we actually start cleaning up to close at 8:40”) I then asked “well hey I actually just came to get a coffee, do you guys just sorta close early?” And a young lady said “yeah pretty much”. How in the world do you stay in business like that? Pretty much closing early??? Terrible business model. Do not recommend trying to make it there before they close! @FurysFerryDunkin

I am washing my hands of this location. The drinks are never made the same one day you might have an awesome perfectly made drink and the next time it’s muddy water and you can’t even drink it. I also have an issue with the order being messed up frequently. Today I ordered a large caramel craze latte and got a large regular coffee. I go here often as it is just by my house; At least four times a week but I won’t be back I’m tired of wasting money.
