I went inside Starbucks since I do not like using the drive through. The staff were quick to serve me but I had to wait 10 minutes, yes 10 actual minutes for a double espresso. I watched as a line of cars that had not ordered yet went through getting their orders while I just stood there waiting patiently. It frustrates me that all the focus is on the drive through and not on the customer's in the store as this is very common but this is the longest I ever waited after giving my order. Not sure if I will return since there are plenty of coffee shops to choose from without being ignored.

Workers are very kind and patient, what seemed to be the general manager sat around the dining room on her phone while every employee on the floor took care of a rush. The audacity some of these people have just because they have a little bit of power in a starbucks in a small town…

My order was put in wrong, and when I pulled up they had made made a white mocha rather than a cafe mocha. They quickly remade my drink correctly and even gave me the other drink for free. Great service.

Great customer service, the ladies always go out of their way to be nice, give compliments, handle my complicated orders, and one time I was crying and they comped my order. I appreciate nice people and great customer service!

Staff definitely helped me find a low fat, low sugar, frappacino and it was delicious. The turkey bacon, egg white breakfast sandwich was awesome!!

I came in a few days ago and while I was in a barista threw her headset on the floor, yelled and walked out. All the other staff was really kind but it was extremely off putting to witness such unprofessional behavior.

I went through the drive-thru and it was super slow the day I went. It was probably a 30 minute wait. I was in no rush so I waited but 30 minutes is a bit much! The lady that served the window was above and beyond sweet and chatted with me as I waited on my drink. They were obviously very busy, but they should hire enough people to deal with the demand.
