Bob Evans

I stopped in with a Bob Evans gift card, (our miracle ear dr gave us.)..amazing ..so we ordered takeout..got the chicken tender meal...freakin amazing! Got 15 tenders, 2 sides, we chose potatoes with gravy, and green beans. ( i would say both sides were 2 lb containers & cup of gravy. The meal came with biscuits, rolls or banana bread 🍞..we chose to try banana bread...we got a whole loaf pan 😋 This meal will feed me and my kiddo for 3 days.

My daughter and I arrived on a very slow Wednesday evening. We walked right up to the front but then waited too long to be seated. I think the hostess took an overly long break or otherwise failed to find her fill-in. The server who ended up serving us also seated us. Her name was Sienna (so?) And she was a terrific server: very attentive and sweet. I ordered a rise and shine burger and my daughter ordered the standard chicken strips and loaded fries. She loved her entire meal to the last bite. My burger not so much. It had hash browns on it which were actually cold and the burger itself was overcooked, dry, and a bit tough. The bacon, egg, and cheese on the burger were just fine. I don't think I'll order it again, but any time I can spend with my daughter is good time. The price was adequate for what we got, the service terrific, and the food above average for the most part.

Stopped, knowing the service and menu choices are spot on, and as it was the half point. Travelling with our pet, we asked if our order could be expedited, seeing the summer temperatures were exceeding the high eighties. It was unbelievable the waitress served our orders within minutes, brought us coffee to go, and wished us a safe journey. All the above with a, kind voice and a big smile :-)

I am extremely appalled by the customer service that was provided to me and my co workers. We had ordered a pretty large order on 4/16 and had it delivered as it is a Saturday and a holiday weekend, and all staff was needed at our place of work. When our order was delivered, we were missing quite a few items. I personally called in and talked to a woman (did not mention her name) about the missing items. Her response to that was “I did those items, so clearly you need to check again”. I assured her we did not receive any of the items she claims she put in our bag. She then responds with “if you can’t have someone drive not even 5 minutes down the road, then we can happily refund those items off your bill” . I then was in shock that a manager/ associate would even speak to a customer this way. I drove to Bob Evans only to not even be acknowledged by a single employee for about 10 minutes, i then finally am able to speak to a gentleman who was an assistant manager. I let him know about the missing items and the very rude conversation I had with one of his employees. He handles the situation much better, but as the woman I originally talked to was getting my missing items together as she was doing so she is rolling her hers making comments like “ I don’t even care anymore” mumbling stuff under her breath, she is throwing items into my bag, just in general being very very rude. As she finished getting all of our missing items; she shoves the bag towards me, and says “have a great day”. I received no apologies. I will be reaching out to the GM but be advised when ordering carry out or delivery! I * I did speak to the assistant GM, Amanda and she was amazing!! She apologized and made everything right!*

One of the WORST experiences ever. The lady that runs the pick up was EXTREMELY rude. They had forgotten parts of our order where the AGM was amazing she was furious for him correcting our order. The food was cold and over cooked. Like it had been sitting there for a while before sending it out. The TERRIBLE pick up lady was cursing as she was shoving food in the bag and was extremely rude. Do better.
