I come to this Dunkin' several times a week. Depending on who is working, depends on how your experience/ coffee will come out.
Diamond, is absolutely wonderful. She is a pleasure to see every single time. That woman deserves a raise.
Some of the other employees seem as though they could really care less...You should really consider teaching them proper customer service skills. Yesterday my iced coffee was watery.
But normally , it's pretty good at this location!

Great service. Had to go to this one because the Wiles location is under renovation. Used the app and ordered ahead. Got to this location and they have it set up like Chic Fil-A in regards to a staff employee outside on an ipad. Drive up and order or give him/her your information.
Only thing that is not good is that I believe they have done a way with french curler donuts at all locations.
Will definitely be coming back.

Making hard work look easy! Ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with lovely customer service. An overall pleasant experience while taking an afternoon coffee break.

It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, why wouldn’t I love this place! They are fast! Whenever I place an order for pick up, the minute I walk in it’s ready! Even when they’re packed, it’s ready! They’re always really friendly and helpful too and the food/drinks always taste amazing and are made right! Highly recommend going to tbis dubkin!

The team was excellent at customer service. Great job and well made coffee. This location has benches with umbrella just incase it rain in which it did but I had a covering. Great ambience and fast service from Jennifer who works the drive thur with efficient service. What a great team behind to ensure everyone is served with a smile. I love the new flavor Butter Pecan. You can dine in or take out. This place in very in expensive compared to other locations.

Much, much better. Service is quick, food is good and staff is friendly! Back on track, 5 stars!
Previous - This has got to be the worst DD around at the moment. When it first opened it was amazing and so wasn't the staff. The morning is just awful now, I have yet to get a hot cup of coffee there, always luke warm. And no matter how many times you ask not to burn my bagel, it's always burnt. I have to believe there's an issue with the machine. Plus, quite a few times the bagels have had a very odd taste, not even edible. Too bad because it's a great location. Employees are friendly which is good.
