Subway

This is the worst Subway I've been to in all my years. Every time I've ordered a sandwich to pick up, it's been wrong. Not wrong as in missing a vegetable, but missing a main ingredient. Turkey Italiano: Turkey, Pepperoni, and Salami. Get it home and it's missing BOTH pepperoni and salami. Turkey Cali: Turkey and Avacado. Get it home and it's missing Avacado. Those are different orders in diff days. This place is unreal in how poorly they're run. The quality control is trash. I recommend driving across town to the other Subway near 4 corners. I reached out to Subway corporate twice on twitter and they're looking into it. Avoid this place, maybe someone who cares about customer service and quality will buy it someday. Until then, go to a different Subway or Jimmy Johns.

There are a few Subways in Maple Valley and this location is my most favorite. I go there a lot. All the time real fresh bread,veggies amd proteins. Great customer service, all of them are very enthusiastic workers. I must need to mention they provide service till the last minute. I had been there at 8.55pm and got my sandwich with a happy smile. Kudos to these kids.

We used to go to the Maple Valley Subway until it just took too long to get our order. We started going to the Sawyers Village Subway and we were in and out in no time. We only go maybe once or twice a month on a Friday (tuna day), and have always had a great customer experience. Samita (Sammy) usually helps us and I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that she is very helpful, and just a very nice individual overall. We will continue to go there and hopefully she will remain there for some time to come. She has great customer service and it is just a pleasure to see her smiling face when we walk through the door. It's too bad that we were forced to go to a different location, but having Sammy be our server was totally worth it. I personally give her a 5 star rating. Customer service being what it is today, a 5 star rating is hard to achieve, but in my opinion a true rating. I just can't say enough about this individual. You go girl.
