The food was as to be expected from Sonic, and the young men who were delivering the service were very cordial and efficient. I went there before and my sandwiches were burned, but I wanted to give a second chance before leaving a review. The staff definitely makes a difference. There was a huge contrast between both the staff and food. Perhaps the staff I experienced the second time should help with training the former staff I experienced.

We had a great experience at this location. The food was fresh. We also left one of our phones in the restroom and they were nice enough to get it and hold on to it until we drove 2.5 hours back there to get it. The manager Mr. Webb was very helpful in assisting

Wow, this was a terrible experience. We had a very hard time communicating with the staff through the intercom. Then they forgot our cherry coke. When we called to ask for it, they wanted us to pay again. When we explained that we already paid but didn't receive it, they said they would bring it out. After ten minutes, they still hadn't brought it. And the food wasn't very good

I don't think we have ever gone here and had a good experience. Tonight repeated the order 4 times and still got it wrong. Then we had to wait 10 minutes. The only thing we ordered was a shake and 2 peanut butter cup Blast. When we finally got them one had very little ice cream and the other had no toppings mixed in. Seems a lot of school age kids with no management.

Ordered on the app. Mistake #1. Waited 30 minutes then out came my shake but nothing else. Had to show my receipt then waited another 15 minutes for rest of order. Not wasting my time with the app here anymore apparently no one checks for online orders!

Ordered two burritos and waited 12 minutes with Noone coming out. Wife had to go to window and ask where our food was. Another 10 minutes later she came back with it. Nothing but young kids with no work experience or a care in the world about customer service.

I wish I could leave a negative star. The lady taking our order was amazingly rude! Screaming at my wife as she was trying to order our food. We left and won’t be back. Crazy how rude people are now. The Sonic is Manning needs some serious attention.
