The staff are amazing and friendly. They help you with any information in terms of nutrition information or dietary requirements. They go far beyond their expectations and go out of their way to even provide a sample of one of their drinks. The drinks are delicious and are most definitely worth the price, think of it as going to a fancy restaurant and asking for the tastiest smoothie you can ever drink. It's that! I'm not a regular but have bought a odd one every once in a while and they are worth at least giving a try of the sample. Along with their customer service, they can assist you with your own custom smoothy on the kiosk (touch screen) and help you with information. I know this is only 1 person's opinion but if one can share their experience and they believe people should at least try, give them a go at the very least. I love the smoothies from this store. The staff are professional and always very accommodating. I usually order on the app and my smoothies are ready when I arrive. I also had a problem with the app and Karen helped me to resolve it. She always communicates in a professional manner and has excellent customer service skills.
