I cannot recommend this place enough. Delicious food with options for vegetarians and the best service from a Caribbean food ship I have ever received. Be sure to order via telephone beforehand if you don't want to wait because this place can get busy. Love to sit in and eat with my family - this is a must try

Been going here for West Indian food for more than 20 years. The food is always freshly prepared so you'd be better to phone your order in ahead of time to save you from waiting (it's worth the wait though). The staff are friendly the food is always great and the restaurant is always clean (open kitchen), outside of lockdown there is space for indoor dining.

Ordered the fish escovich with rice and a boiled dumpling. The fish was really nice and flavorful. The rice was also tasty. The sauce was quite unique. Tomato based with a nice touch of spice. The boiled dumpling whilst good was just a bit too thick for me. I prefer mine a little smaller like a festival size. All in all I would recommend.

What amazing food had a surprise party last night and my husband booked the food from here the chicken brown stew was fantastic and so is the jerk chicken. Highly recommend Mike dropped the food off and was really friendly and helpful in bringing everything in and helping us set up, he should be so proud of the food he make absolutely fantastic cannot wait to go to the shop and try some other Caribbean food. I cannot thank you enough for making my 30th birthday perfect.

I had m&m carribean spice cater for a birthday party as I knew how good the food was in the restaurant. Everything went as smooth as you could wish for from the ordering of the food and advice to the delivery on the day. Mike cannot do enough for you, even helping to set up all of the food and take away waste packaging. The food is absolutely amazing and the best carribean food I have eaten...and I've eaten in quite a few. The jerk is tasty and cooked to perfection and falls of the bone. The stew was superb. Portion sizes are large so keep that in mind but we didn't have any issues finishing it off! Everybody commented how good it was and even asking for the number for future parties. Keep up the good work. We will be in soon.

A nice warm friendly welcome awaits you as you walk through the door. Traditional Caribbean style home made cooking tempts your taste buds whatever you order. Catering not only for the local community but also a reputation in the wider community for tastiness and a really friendly welcome. 10 out of 10!!

Fantastic place! I coupdnt believe my luck - friendly staff, warm, well lit atmosphere. Of course, you bring your own company, but even if eating alone, there's plenty of great black music history on the walls to deliver a delightful context to the music which, by the way, will tempt ALL your appetites! Food? Simple, ample, tasty and nourishing - an altogether really seductive experience, I found, and quite moreish, dare I say.....
