Love this place! The food and the people are great! Even the customers are so friendly, they will share their table when it is packed in there. Only downside is they are not open as much as I would like.

I truly look forward to Fridays and Saturdays. Eagle Bakery is absolutely Delicious. I’ve been going for years and no one else I would recommend more. If you are going through Madras on a Friday or Saturday it’s a must stop. The people are great and the food is amazing.

I've stopped here a few times now and I'm always very impressed with the quality and friendliness. However, this last time I picked up a banana cream pie. On my 58 years on this planet it was the best I've ever had. Made to perfection. Thank you and keep up the good work.

WOW! I have never in my life tried a cinnamon roll this fluffy. I love cinnamon rolls & i always try to find good bakeries to try. Eagle bakery is definitely a hidden gem.

I stopped in on the way to visit family at their request. Stopped for rolls but bought the blueberry lemon bread and received a cinnamon roll as a free sample. Every item is delicious! I'm currently eating the blueberry lemon bread with breakfast. It is well worth stopping on the way through or even as the whole point of a trip to Madras.

Delicious food all around!! An old building used to host soldiers during WWII is now used to run this bakery.
Everything we ate was delicious especially the cinnamon bun and the lemon whoopie pie. Blueberry lemon bread and frittata tasted great too. Highly recommend!!

Would give this bakery 21/10 if we could! Stopped by on our way from Bend back to Canada in early March and we are still dreaming of the cinnamon buns and carrot cake! The owner and staff were such gracious hosts and everything we tried was beyond delicious. Ee planned to grab a quick breakfast to go and ended up staying for over an hour. Wish we could get back there soon! 😋😋😋

I took about 15 people from an assisted living facility there. The staff was so accommodating and the food was just unbelievable. I have to say the clam chowder is the best clam chowder I have ever had. The residents are still talking about it and it made their day to get to be out and go in a limo and have such a wonderful time there. The atmosphere is really nice and I didn’t get the man’s name, it could’ve been the owner possibly, but he gave us like 20 maple bars to take back with us at no charge. I just cannot impress enough that if you have not been there, you definitely need to go. It is for sure the best ever. Make sure you do check their website for hours because they are open only 2 days a week right now. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all of you at Eagle !!!!

Believe the hype. The cinnamon bun is amazing. Browned butter in the icing, I think. We also got some breakfast rolls, sausage and cheese and ham and cheese. I got some strawberry rhubarb jam because it’s my favorite. Free coffee in cute mugs. So nice.

Wow! Best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. This quaint bakery is only open Friday and Saturday, and is absolutely worth the visit. The pie crust on the raspberry pie was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the employees are all incredibly helpful and friendly.
