Slow and got the order wrong and had to go back thru the drive thru to get it right. But they were willing to correct the problem immediately.

This location is not a good one. They run out of chicken all the time. They are not friendly and sometimes very rude. The floors are dirty and they seem to not care. If they forget to give you something you order they treat you like you did something wrong by asking for it. It's just not a good place or atmosphere.

Went to the Madison NC location today to get 2 number 1 meals with dark meat and 1 number 4 meal with all white meat. They left out an entire 2pc box. Meal was almost $30 and can't get thru on phone line for 2 hours and 26 calls...only busy signal.

Yesterday I used the drive thru, ordered a 12 piece mixed box and from my Van's high view I watched the lady pack and smash the chicken into a small tub. I was speechless. Then the lady asked if I could pay cash because the cc machine was broken. Thank God.. I drove off and never looked back.
