Where do I start. I stopped going to this place. Food was not KFC standards, service was terrible, staff rude. Stopped in last night, on a gamble. They took my order, asked me questions to make sure my order was correct, wait is this the same One I used to stop at?? Hmmm.... Drove up to the window, gal repeated my order with a smile, asked if there was anything else that was needed. Order was 100% correct and I got my food within 30-45 seconds of pulling up to the window. I thought OK, something was going to be wrong with my order so I opened my box and looked. WOW This order was correct, hot, and delicious. I will definitely got back. Top notch service

Thought I'd treat myself to a halftime special of the Beyond nuggets. I did show up 15 minutes before close, but I still consider that the safe window of not ordering too close to close. They took twice as long as I was told, I didn't receive the sauces I'd ordered, and the crust was soggy, bland, and NOT the "11 herbs and spices" I was expecting. I'd rather have been told that they couldn't fill the order that close to close than receive undercooked, bland, overpriced mush.

Ordered a good amount of food for delivery. Food arrived intact from doordash however basically everything important (the chicken) was missing from the order. Items were clearly put into a "1-of-1" delivery bag missing many items from the order as the two smaller bags were fully filled but items were obviously missing. Refund didn't include the fact that I had spent money on delivery fees (while missing 75% of the items.
