Subway

Wish I could give zero stars. This is the Subway inside Flying J Pilot gas station/ truck stop. So as i'm choosing my items, I don't get lettuce, I get spinach instead. There was little left in the pan and like 6 leafs on my sub so I asked for more, she was so irritable and roughly tossed the pan with new spinach on the counter and asked me what else I want and she didn't even put more spinach on it yet. I got tomatoes and banana peppers and that's it and she put very minimal on it and of course I asked for more and when I said that's it she seemed surprised that I only wanted those 3 items. Then when I am cashing out I presented a coupon that isn't expired and that is still valid and she said no, that's when I just walked away. 10/10 will never go there again and will not recommend. Stay away.

In 5 years of being a subway customer, this is first time im gonna praise such a wonderful customer service. Wish i could live near here. The lady who was there alone was very polite, sweet and gave me excelent attention to my needs. Most of the time in other subways people who works there are rude and not nice at all, but this lady at 99. Hwy was really awesome.

I eat at Denny's or Wendy's also this pilot has hot/cold sandwiches(breakfast&lunch)pizza slices or buy a whole pizza(made&baked here onsite). Self service check stand(s) is a also a nice touch. Dairy Queen is gone. Now cinnabon and self-serve yogurt station installed. Lots of improvements implemented here at this particular Pilot Travel Center in Madera, Ca.
