Burned chicken so dark and hard on my order of parm Caesar salad, tried calling for about an hour but they don’t answer the phone! Frustrating! Macomb IL Wendy’s is the pits! And the cook turned the chicken over so you didn’t see the burned part, flavor was disgusting!

The food is way better during the day, if you go in the evening it’s terrible. Burger was so dry and overcooked it was hard to chew, fries were cold and super salty, and never any straws with drinks. I get it’s “fast food” but come on..also not what I would call fast when you wait 20 mins at drive through for overcooked, dry cold food. Sucks cuz we love Wendy’s. Just not this location.

The BEST of the fast food restaurants, for that Wendy’s gets 3 stars! But like most fast food places, I felt queasy after a $5 single burger with everything, though the veggies were fresh. My guest loved his dbl bacon cheeseburger, that looked quite deadly. 😀

First they forgot my dressing with my salad, so drove back to grab it, jus to go back home to find a hair in my salad…

Ordered nuggets and fries. Told I had to wait for the nuggets to cook. After wait almost 20 minutes I called the store. They FORGOT my order. Finally brought it out. When I got home, nuggets were ice cold. Called the store and their response was to come back and wait another 20 minutes. Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation, they hung up on me. And don't ask to speak to a manager, they LIE and whoever answers is the manager.

The service is average with speed but they tend to get parts of the order wrong.

Been here probably every other week for the last year and only 1 slow service experience in that time, the rest was all good. They definitely deserve a better rating than the 3.8 showing. Clean seating area, clean drink station, clean condiment counter, polite staff, food has always been good. If ya have to do fast food in Macomb and you want a decent burger, avoid the other clowns. Wendy's burger is a little greasy but the taste of a real burger is still there.
