Burger King

Burger King is usually a bit of a gamble. After my last visit, I won't be going back for a while. I ordered for 7 people on the app and went to go pick it up. A lot of the food I purchased was missing and incorrect. I would have given less stars, but I was able to get some of my money back. Also, why offer burgers for breakfast if the staff is going to be rude and fight you if you order a Whopper in the morning?

The worst experience ever at the macomb Illinois location, everything we ordered was old and cold besides 1 thing that was fresh but it was so greasy I would think when you spend $40 dollars you would get fresh damn food, never again will that location get our business and then when we called to let them know they was very rude!!!!

My husband and I have been going to burger King every other Tuesday morning . For the last three times my croissant s/e/c has been cold the croissant it slef is so hard. Also when we went there today I noticed that they had about 10 of the croissant sandwiches already made that was just sitting on the counter not being in the warmer to keep warm there was no one in the lobby for them to have to have them made already. To me they should not be made until you order.

Good Jesus, what a mess that place is. I ordered and paid online. Got to Burger king and could see they were getting orders mixed up by the way they were handing back and forth the bags. I got to to the window , gave my name and ticket number. They didn't know what I meant. He kept asking me if I had it on my mobile and I said I did it on my lap top . I got a bag of cold food which was not my order but I was not messing with that again. I was there over 20 mins as it was just waiting. I think it is all of Macomb IL This town has issues with service
