Chubby's

I ordered the Shrimp Tacos from here, and they were pretty bland. Everything on the taco had virtually no real flavor- the pico added little to the flavor, since it was mostly tomatoes. The Avocado Aioli they put on it had no flavor either, aside from a very faint avocado taste (and if you've had avocado you know they dont have much flavor to begin with). The shrimp was nicely fried but seemed to have no seasoning, not even salt tossed on them after frying. Im pretty sure they put arugula on it but didn't bother to pick out the stems. I think the basis of this dish is a good start; it just needs some work. Edit: to the owner, if you want a successful business in anything learn to take criticism. You sound so childish replying to people the way that you do. Be grateful you still have a small business instead of using covid as an excuse for your food to be horrible. I did think about coming back to give some other food a try, but frankly after seeing your customer service I think I'll just leave it at that. Your first impression on me was mediocre and boring. I definitely will be telling people not to come here.
