Bubbly's

Hotel location and infra is good. But rooms are not well maintained and having cigarette smell.Service is very poor. Rooms are not getting ready on time.I have checked in at 16.00 hrs instead of 12.00 hrs but I have to wait as room was not ready Bathroom towels , soap and toiletries were not available Towel supplied after repeated calls .Room service and reception number is same and no one is picking up in wee hrs.Even roof top restaurant is not maintained well. Service providers are only interested in tip.Most important thing is hospitality and professionalism which is badly missing.Staff are in the habit smoking and chewing tobacco. Growth of this hotel is a question mark!!!!

Good hotel and required good maintenance which is not happening as per my observation.. hotel restaurant and service was good with good ambiance..lift doesn’t work properly.. room was specious and good.. please maintain it well.. good part it’s near metro.. walking distance .. all together good hotel in Lucknow👌

We were for the friends wedding and we choose this hotel because of the location, it's near by Hussainganj Gate 2 metro station. First of all its within a budget and the other things is bed 🛏️ is very comfortable. Looks like the hotel has very good interior but due shortage of the emp or unresponsible behaviour of the management the hotel was not well maintained. I'm very satisfied with interior design and comfort and breakfast of this hotel. I can suggest people to choose this place.
