Chicken sandwich tastes good. Chicken was crispy and bread was good as well. I liked their apple juice. Waiting time approximately 10 minutes. Drive through available. Service good. Price reasonable.

Entire bottom bun was burnt! When I called to complain the MANAGER tells me that they don’t check to make sure the food is made correctly and that she was in the office so she didn’t see it! Poor excuse for management! Could not answer simple questions for me or even make me feel like she was hearing me or planned to correct the problem!

We waited 40min for food in dining area. We did not know that they were short handed. If they notified us before ordering we would've understood or even gone to a different one. But the fact we waited and then the order was wrong, plus no ice, and felt ignored since people after us got food before we did. We had 3meals and a shake. Nothing crazy. I won't go this one again.

Worst experience ever!!! Don't even deserve a one star. Ordered drive thru, staff was not even friendly, my burger was completely cold, my grandsons meal cold as well. Will definitely not be coming back to this location. Both meals were a waste of money cause everything went straight to the trash when I got home. Sad thing is, that place is 1 mile from my home so can't blame it on a long drive. Felt like our meals were a day old, so freaking nasty

Used app--still took 20 minutes from the time I pulled up until I got my food. Like another I was told to pull around to the "front" (West? South?). And then when I got home, the customization was wrong on both sandwiches, even though it was correct on the ticket on the bag. Have not had this problem at other BK's in Lubbock--will be VERY unlikely to return to this one.

We sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no response. I pulled up to the window, and three, THREE separate employees looked towards the window, but not a single one of them came to the window. I also attempted calling the phone number listed online, and there was no answer. This is not the first time service at this BK has been subpar, but I always like to give it another try, but it just seems to have gotten worse.

This BK is a Joke. Worst service. I had a online order to speed up the process, but it still tool 20 minutes. 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the drive thru speaker and had to pull around and wait another 10 minutes because my food wasn't ready. All BK in Lubbock have gone downhill.

The food was Terrible.
Asked for Tea it was the bottom of the batch because it looked nasty and tasted the same. I waited 15 minutes for my food and there was no one in the restaurant.
