We used to love the apple, grape and nut sandwich, so we ordered one today. When we unwrapped it things were falling out in all directions. I tried to put it back together and cut it in half to share. There must have been water on the lettuce because it looked like very thin mayonnaise dripping no matter how you tried to hold it. My half did NOT have a single piece of chicken on it. Won't be ordering that mistake again!

I really enjoy the fact that Arby's has now added crinkle fries to their menu, but sometimes they are just overcooked. The gyros are wonderful and the french dip is probably the item I order the most. The line at this Arby's is a little crazy, you can end up with vehicles coming in from the alley or the roadway entrance and end up doing a zipper merge. The staff is friendly enough, but the restaurant service itself can be a little slow. Overall though good.

As far as fast food restaurants go this one was above average. We went late, almost closing time, yet we got fast service, hot food, and a pleasant attitude from the ladies in the shop.

Spoke with Sheri at Arby’s today. This is how my mozzarella sticks arrived after DoorDash. She claims I bagged them myself. And they looked fine. Does this look fine? Terrible customer service!! She offered to replace for when i felt better but what is so stupid she claims that THESE were acceptable to leave the place. She bagged herself? Maybe you need glasses or something! Uncaring manager!

Ordered the 2 for $6 classic roast beef sandwiches. Got home and only 1 was in the bag. I now know to check the bag before I leave the parking lot.

Las two times I went threw drive thru for my favorite french dip.. they were out of horse sauce... second time she told me they were out of Aus juice and would have to add hot water to it... then they didnt give it to me. Two ruined meals. I called and spoke to whom said was the mangar and not one sorry.. disappointed to the point I won't go back. Waste of my time and money..
