I have been coming here with my family for a good number of years. The food is good and the atmosphere is always relaxing. Service is usually really good with respectful and friendly people. However, the waitress we had today was anything but friendly. She seemed nice enough when taking our order but that was it. It took 5 minutes to get a refill of my drink. She passed by us roughly 6 times in those 5 minutes. She never came to ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything else. It took a while for my mother to get her change back after paying. I understand you have a job to do and places do get busy, but there is a way to do that job and still be friendly with your customers. I come from a family of waitresses and have been a waitress myself. Very unsatisfied with the service today.

Excellent food and drink. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant.

There was no one at the door when we walked in, when someone finally greeted us, she said, "I'll get the host." She then walked over to a group of servers standing at a computer talking and showing each other something on their phones, never speaking to the host. 5 or so minutes later a guy walked up and asked us how many, then said ,"Let me check." He walked away and didn't come back for awhile. It was obvious they weren't busy enough to leave us there as long as we were. After waiting 20 minutes for them to tell us they couldn't seat us, Chili's got our party of 10 sat immediately! We had a surprise birthday party and they opened a closed section to accommodate us since we were on a time crunch from wasting our time here.

For college students, I can say this would be a sweet date for your SO that doesn't cost a fortune and doesn't taste bad with fantastic service but the food/chefs could use some work.

It was awesome really; the only place local that sells good food and drinks till 2am. Drinks were good, service was even better.

Ordered food waited for food to come out. Food came out and we started eating, our steaks were half well done and half medium rare. They were supposed to be both medium rare. We finished our drinks and wanted to get more and we couldnt find our waitress. We looked around and saw her on her phone. We finished eating and didnt know who to talk to cause there wasnt anybody around but our waitress who was still scrolling through her phone in the far side of the restaurant when she finally brought us our check to pay we asked her for a to go box. She then vanished and was back on the other side of the restaurant back on her phone so we had to walk across the entire restaurant to ask her for the to go box. We paid and left. I wont come back if thats how its going to be there.
