Dunkin'

This is one of the nicer Dunkin' locations, primarily because of larger and more spacious indoor seating. It's especially nice during cold weather months, sitting by their fireplace with some hot chocolate and a donut. Food quality is on par with other locations, which is typically pretty solid for quick breakfast food. Staff can vary depending on time of day, some can be friendly, while others you feel they're just rushing you through. Overall still one of the better locations in northwestern Connecticut.

Absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I try time and time again to give them the benefit of the doubt and time and time again they fail. I've not gotten one simple order correct (besides the donuts). Everyone in there seems miserable and are very unfriendly. If y'all don't like your job, leave. If zero stars were permitted, I'd give them negative....

Walked in and the girl looked at me like she was confused. Not sure where the confusion was. Didn’t acknowledge me at all; no hello, welcome, can I help you, nothing. Then I order asked for a mocha with oat milk I got a mocha with cream. Someone needs to hire different workers for this location. Also, what baffles my mind is it looked like the manager was right next to her and didn’t say one word about her rude, poor customer service, and lack of knowledge!!! I understand if you’re a new person working here, but just say that. She didn’t even know how to ring in my order..... Never coming back to this location.
