I have found my new DD moving into the neighborhood and that always takes adjusting. I am extremely picky about my coffee so I was a little anxious about a new DD....and I was very happy with my coffee they made it exactly how I love it. Great customer service friendly hellos and smiles! It is very clean and welcoming! I have found my new DD!☺️

I have been ordering from this Dunkin' occasionally over the past 4 years and have yet to be disappointed! Food is always fresh , order is always accurate and friendly service. I had an incredible customer service experience- I had ordered on the go on my mobile app (which charged me) and it got sent to the wrong location, after I realized it I re-ordered at the counter of the Lincroft store and just made a comment about really needing this coffee since I made a silly error. Just as I was about to pay, the manager, identifying that he worked at both locations, comp'ed the coffee for me. Though it was just $2, I was so grateful for his kindness. That's wonderful customer service!

Staff is very unfriendly, rude, and cannot get a simple order right and give you an attitude when you ask they correct it. This has been going on for years - my husband and I had been going there a few times a week because the location was convenient. We finally had enough and began going to the DD on Shrewsbury Avenue, which is out of the way for us. I now go there daily and the difference in service is VERY noticeable. The Shrewsbury Ave location has a very friendly staff who always get your order right. I have never encountered a negative attitude or rude behavior there. I will never go to the Lincroft DD again.
