The food was not good , cause I order a milkshake and it took 15 mins to make it and the person making it did not know how to make one. And also got chicken tenders from there and I asked for fresh ones and they Ignored that and brought me hard ones that have been sitting there for a while . Really ?? This is how you treat your customers not paying attention on what they are saying . The store needs to be shut down !!!! Or they need to stop running the restaurant with kids that don’t want to be there and be late . After this is posted I am going to call Corporate and complain. I hope whoever sees this understands if you want food that you asked for make sure it is what you ask for if you ask for fresh make sure it is fresh . Thank you .

Took forever. I simply let the shift manager know that 15 minutes is way too long for an order when there was only one other person waiting and he flipped out and started complaining about how I ordered an Impossible Whopper (I have no idea why that is an issue for him). Extremely poorly ran store.

After taking my order as slowly as possible the useless employee at the counter went. Back to texting on his phone. This place was actually ok when it opened, now it's a disgrace to the meaning of customer service.

Terrible place! Tables were dirty and the employees were too busy standing around talking to clean the tables. One was on his phone. There was 1 other couple waiting on their food while all but 1 employee was talking with their friend! Please don't waste your time going there

Was shopping the other morning, and I decided to get my wife and my bro In Law and myself breakfast. Ordered 6 croissants all the same. Got home and only had 5. Mind you they are 2 for 4, how can't they count to 6
