Dunkin'

I have to say this is the worst Dunkin’ store ever. A rude old man told me to call their company to get a refund due to the machine was broken in the store. I ordered ahead and usually got a cash refund immediately in this situation. What made me most angry was that he didn’t say sorry and felt apologized. Avoid the store as you can.

lady at the front with short hair was very rude and seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. I asked for a senior discount and she didn’t understand and just barked at me. It also took over 10 minutes for her to complete orders and there were only 2 people in front of me. I can understand that she’s the only worker there but you shouldn’t treat people like this especially when they’re paying customers. I will not be going back, save your time and sanity and take the few minute drive down the street to another dunkin.
