I watched an employee remind someone to wear their mask. She said she was exempt and he said if she chooses not to wear one then they have face shields available. I loved it. I appreciate that it takes a certain level of fearlessness to say "No, the ADA doesn't say anyone is exempt and just says that businesses have to reasonably accommodate those with disabilities" Also, this county has a mask mandate. I feel safer going to the theater because of that brave employee. Give him a raise and thanks for doing what you can, VCC.
