Had no bread ready at lunchtime... a sandwich shop with no bread ready... at lunchtime of all times. Ignoring the fact this branch is always closed opens for a few hours then closes. Was closed for like a week or more early December. Absolute joke.
Staff refused to make a gluten free roll because it was 15 minutes till they closed! The last time I got one there was hardly any filling. Definitely not worth the price!!
Staff very nice, changed gloves between vegetarian and meat stuff, sandwich was lovely. One issue - but that's with Subway franchise - they don't do honey mustard sauce anymore and I am very miffed about it.
The amount of salad is getting less and less shocking for the price and the stuff moan if you ask a little more and you are begging at £6 a sandwich only it should st a decent amount of salad on it . Staff need to go a course on how to deal with customers
Was in today, service is poor, atmosphere is terrible, sales assistant was rude. Staff needs to put a smile on their face.
Finally done with leven subway space amount on rolls staff nasty and rude
