The food was great and as ordered but damn did it take long. When I told them I was missing fries, it seemed like it was an inconvenience to get what I paid for

Refreshing Customer Service. Sadly it's hard to deal with most attitudes within fast pace food places. This Crew at Arby's in Leesville LA, extremely welcoming & completely comfy throughout the entire experience. My Pitbulll is newly adopted and very loving but,, was cautious and worried whenever we pulled up to the drive-thru. Trying hard to save us from the cashier. I'm convinced it was definitely Shadow's first time. This wonderful Lady instantly eased his worry by offering him his first Pup Cup. I'm very grateful 🙏 for the kindness showed. Beef & cheddar with the onion bun was delicious. Thanks Arby's 💜 Y'all Have The Love

Wonderful experience here at the Leesville Arby's. VERY nice drive thru attendant she was wonderful and nice, very friendly. That is itself was a wonderful experience. The food was very good and was ready at exact time app said it would be.

It's arbys. You come here for your arteries to be clogged, and that's okay. The food is still good for fast food, and it's the only fast food place I can get a French dip at. 5/5

After a horrible 5 minutes at a fast food down the road, we wised up and came to Arby's. And it was Great !! Greeted with a hi and a smile about 2 seconds in by Jacob. We made our choices, he read back our order, all the while making us feel good about being there. While we ate, with no customers at the moment, Jacob was out front wiping tables, checking the floor for trash. Management is lucky to have this employee. We will absolutely be back, as not only did we have a good experience, but the food was awesome !! Good Job !!

Shannon Hoarse is such a breath of fresh air!! Seriously I’m so happy to get a genuine, happy and respectful worker who has such great customer service. I will definitely be going back in hopes to see him again and enjoy good service and yummy food!
