I love that even though the line for drive-thru was out to the street, my order was correct and the line moved quickly. Breakfast sandwich was definitely better than the one I've tried at Starbucks. Coffee always yummy. My only suggestion would be to put the cream cheese on the side for the bagel. When I opened mine, I had to try to spread the cream cheese on the one side it came off of. As you can see, I still wasn't very successful. Great deals on the app!

A guilty pleasure for us is enjoying their delicious coffee and a fresh donut. The owners and employees are always friendly, fast and efficient. Their donuts are wonderful, not as addictive as Krispy Kreme, but the perfect accompaniment to their delicious coffee. ;-)

They no longer make my frozen coffee they way I like it. I like my almond milk they they offer coconut milk or Whole milk...um No thank you!

I went out of my way, as I wanted to treat myself to a specialty coffee. I ordered a large, hot, mocha latte with 3 pumps of chocolate. I waited till I got home to savior it, because it is a rare treat. NO chocolate at all. Also, I just read where Dunkin doesn’t make their donuts in the store but receive them frozen from a central location. No wonder they taste stale. I feel duped. No more Dunkins for me.

Pros---
1.Staff has always been quick and friendly especially the guy the works in the early morning hours.
2.Order is always correct every time I've been.
3.Drinks are on point and ordering through the app makes everything crazy easy and fast with free coffee every other day!
Cons-
Only one con to this place, the inside still isn't open for service and with the college back In session the line even at like 5 Am will be wrapped down 23rd St almost to McDonald's at times. They still get your orders pretty quick but be prepared every day for a wait until school is over.

Ordered in ap and ended up sitting behiend 4 cars in line for about 20 min. Drink was good but waiting triggered my inner road rage.

Good coffee which is expected. But the croissant was burnt and the rest of the sandwich was very lack luster. No seasoning at all.
